These Ohio Dispensaries will begin Selling Recreational Cannabis on August 6, 2024
Several Ohio Dispensaries will be able to sell recreational cannabis to adults age 21 or older with a valid driver's license or state ID on August 8/6/2024.145 Ohio dispensaries have been given a provisional license this is the first step the second is a Certificate of Operation which several have received today. I will provide a list of the ones I know about, and this post will be updated as I get more confirmations. Please visit the website of each store for updates. Some of these dispensaries also have drive-thrus Hopefully this will make it a little easier for people to get in and out. All Ohio Dispensaries have online ordering and I strongly recommend looking at menus and placing orders to save time. It's unclear if online ordering or drive-thrus will be available to recreational customers.

We believe sales will likely triple and we have prepared our locations with the inventory and the staffing to support even more than that if needed. Our stores will be open from 10 am to 7 pm next week. "

New consumers should also be advised there is an extra 10 percent sales tax on top of any local and state sales taxes. If you want to save money and you have a qualified medical condition you should still consider getting a medical cannabis card. MMJ patients will have higher purchase limits at the dispensary.
