Several Ohio Dispensaries have been awarded provisional dispensary licenses to sell recreational cannabis to adults 21 or older. No one has given a launch date and all dispensaries will need a inspection before they can begin sales.I have also listed the cultivators and processors with dual licenses. They will also have a inspection to. See the screenshots below.
Here are some of Dispensaries Approved for provisional license . In order to be able to sell to non medical cannabis patients Dispensaries will need certificate of operation which hasn't been issued yet pending inspections.

We have also heard that recreational customers will only be able to purchase 1 ounce of flowers and gummies and edibles will not be available to recreational customers . These are proposed rule changes that have not been finalized. This could change but we are hearing sales could potentially take place next week.
