1. It would legalize purchase and possession of Marijuana for adults age 21.

2. Adults 21 and older would be permitted to grow up 6 plants each 12 per household.

3. Adults 21 and over would be allowed to purchase cannabis from existing Ohio Dispensaries.

4. It would allow people who don’t have a medical condition access to tested cannabis products.

5. People won’t have to drive to Michigan to buy cannabis.
